01 — Payments

Course fees & payment terms

Each course page shows its own fee clearly. A few things that always apply:

  • Full payment is due before your first class begins.
  • Registration is complete only once payment is received, or official employer authorisation is provided.
  • You're responsible for any required materials, unless the course page says otherwise.

Accepted payment methods

  • PayPal
  • Stripe
  • Recurring bank deposits
  • Other standard online payment processors
Need-based support. Discounted, approved monthly subscription plans may be available. Discount levels depend on eligibility, which our support team reviews case by case — contact us to ask what you qualify for.
02 — Refunds

Refunds

Your refund depends on one thing: whether classes have started yet.

A Before classes start
100%

Send a written withdrawal request before your course start date and you receive a full refund of all fees — including the 20% enrolment fee.

B After classes begin
80%

The 20% enrolment fee is kept. The 80% tuition portion is refunded in proportion to your unused sessions.

One 30-day window for both. Every refund request must be submitted in writing within 30 days of your written withdrawal notice or an official dismissal notice — this applies whether classes have started or not. Refunds are calculated from the date your written request is received.

Processing time: 2–4 weeks from the date we receive a complete request.

03 — Subscriptions

Subscriptions & cancellations

  • Give 30 days' written notice before your next billing date to cancel.
  • Without 30 days' notice, the upcoming billing cycle is charged in full.
  • Once a billing cycle has begun, that active period isn't refunded or credited.

See Definitions for what counts as a billing cycle and written notice.

04 — Flexibility

Breaks, rescheduling & plan changes

RequestWhat to knowFee
Taking a break Submit at least one business week ahead. Approval depends on teacher availability. Free
Rescheduling Teacher and time slot can't be guaranteed afterward. $25
Course or schedule change Applies per update to your course or schedule. $15
05 — Make-up classes

Make-up classes

Request a make-up at least one day in advance — same-day requests aren't accepted.

Per billing cycle
  • First 2 make-ups: free.
  • 1 additional make-up: $5 — for a maximum of 3 per cycle.
  • Make-ups must be used within the same billing cycle and don't carry forward.
  • Classes missed without notice aren't eligible, except in exceptional circumstances.
No make-ups are offered for the religious holidays of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.
06 — Important

Attendance & missed classes

Your subscription pays to reserve a teacher and a recurring time slot for your student — not per class attended. Please read this carefully:

  • If a student stops attending, attends late, or skips sessions, no refund or credit is issued for those classes.
  • Your subscription keeps billing as normal until you cancel. To stop charges, the account holder must request cancellation before the next renewal, following the 30-day notice terms above.
  • AlQuranClasses is not responsible for classes missed by the student. The reserved slot and teacher are held for you whether or not the student joins.
About reminders. If a student is a no-show for roughly a week or more, we may send a courtesy reminder about once a month — but reminders aren't guaranteed and aren't a condition of billing. Keeping track of attendance and cancelling on time remains the account holder's responsibility.
07 — Trials & gifts

Trial classes & gift payments

Trial classes

New customers get one free 30-minute trial class. Existing customers, or anyone switching teachers or programs, pay standard fees for additional trial-style sessions.

Gift payments

Direct gifts to teachers aren't encouraged. Any gift processed through our accounting system is non-refundable.

If we cancel a course. When AlQuranClasses cancels a course, you receive a full refund to your original payment method — no window or deductions apply.
08 — Take action

  • Student's full name (who attends class)
  • Account holder's full name (who pays)
