Feedback permission terms

These terms explain what happens when you send us feedback or a video through our feedback form, and what you agree to when you tick the permission box. In short: we only share what you allow, only on AlQuranClasses channels, and we remove it whenever you ask.

1. Who we are
AlQuranClasses™ is operated by ITGenerations Inc., Mississauga, Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). AlQuranClasses™ is a trademark of ITGenerations Inc.
2. Who can give permission
You must be 18 or older. Only the adult who appears in the video may give permission for it. Please do not include children, teachers or anyone else in your video. If another person appears, we will not publish that video.
3. What you allow us to do
When you tick the permission box, you allow ITGenerations Inc. to use your written feedback, your video, and your name (in the form you chose) to tell others about AlQuranClasses, in these places only:
- our website, alquranclasses.com;
- official AlQuranClasses social media accounts (such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and LinkedIn);
- AlQuranClasses advertisements on those platforms and on search engines;
- AlQuranClasses emails and newsletters.
This permission is free of charge and non-exclusive: you can share your own words and video anywhere you like.
4. What we will never do
- Sell, license or give your feedback or video to any other company.
- Use it for any brand or business other than AlQuranClasses.
- Change the meaning of what you said. We may shorten it, fix spelling, add subtitles or translate it, but your words stay your words.
- Publish your concerns, your score, your contact details or your full name.
5. Honest and unpaid
Your feedback must be your own honest opinion. We do not pay or give discounts or gifts for feedback. This keeps every review on our website genuine and follows the rules on testimonials in Canada and the United States.
6. Removing your feedback
You can withdraw your permission at any time. Email support@alquranclasses.com or message our support team on WhatsApp at +1 555-945-2752. We will remove your feedback from our website and our own social media accounts and stop using it in ads within 7 days.
We cannot control copies that other people have already shared or downloaded, but we will not use your feedback again. We may also choose not to publish, or to stop using, any feedback at any time.
7. How we store your information
Your video and form are stored privately. Only our team can see them until you give permission. Your concerns go to our support team so we can improve. We keep your permission record for as long as we use your feedback, and delete videos we do not use after 12 months. Our privacy policy explains your other rights.
8. Questions
Contact us at support@alquranclasses.com. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes never widen how we use feedback you have already given without asking you again.
